Phil Mansfield

Phil Mansfield is a seasoned professional in the fields of performance and medical expertise, currently serving as the Head of Performance/Medical at AGF Fodbold since May 2023. With a robust background, Phil has held roles such as Trainer/Therapist and Director at Mansfield Sports Institut from September 2008 to July 2024, where responsibilities included coaching, lecturing, mentoring, and authoring within the realm of sports. Phil also boasts experience as the CEO of 3D-People, a private education and concept provider for the health and conditioning industry, from January 2007 to July 2024. Additionally, Phil was a lecturer at Premier Training from October 2004 to October 2006 and worked as a Conditioning Specialist from 2000 to 2005, focusing on guiding athletes across various levels. Educational qualifications include a degree in Applied Functional Science from GIFT and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University.
