Peter Dignef has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Peter started their career as a Career Manager at Randstad in 1994, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they co-founded Take 5, a recruitment company for IT professionals, where they worked as a Partner until 2003. Peter then joined Quality Business as a Consultant from 2003 to 2006. Peter then worked at Agfa Graphics as a Manager of HR Process Office from 2006 to 2008. Peter moved to Agfa Healthcare in 2009, where they held positions including Manager of HR Process Office and Global HR Business Partner Imaging. Peter joined Agfa in 2010 as the Global Head of HR Services and Head of HR Process Office. In 2015, they became the Head of HR North America. Currently, Peter Dignef continues to work at Agfa as the Global Head of HR Services.
Peter Dignef earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 1991. Peter then pursued a Master's degree in Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1991 to 1992, specializing in Economics/Management.
