With previous experience as Senior Editor at FoodNavigator-USA, Elaine has a strong background in covering the US food & beverage market. Elaine has also served as Deputy Editor, Editor, and Reporter in various publications such as Food Manufacture, The Grocer, and NutraIngredients-USA. Elaine holds a BA in English Language & Literature from the University of Birmingham and an MA in DH Lawrence & the Modern Age from the University of Nottingham.
