Tom Collopy

Tom Collopy is an accomplished advisor and educator, currently serving as a Professor of the Practice in the Shuford Program in Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, while also advising numerous startups. They co-founded Qualcomm's Snapdragon processor division and have held various leadership roles, including CEO Advisor at Freeus, LLC, and Acting CTO at AGGIOS, Inc. Their extensive experience encompasses consulting at Duke Clinical Research Institute and leading initiatives through multiple startup accelerators. Tom is an active author, having written guides for startups using ChatGPT, and continues to contribute to advancing AI in business as the Executive Director of Automated Consulting Group. Currently, Tom is pursuing degrees in Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan and Syracuse University.
