Tom Damoiseau

Tom Damoiseau is the Directeur de la communication de l’Agglomération de Chaumont and the founder of the agency TOMpointCOM. They hold a Master's degree in health geography and a Maîtrise in geography, with skills in cartographic creation and analysis, as well as statistics. Tom has extensive experience in project management, communication, and urbanism, having worked in various capacities at the Ville de Langres from 2012 to 2014 and served as a local press correspondent for the Journal de la Haute-Marne from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Tom continues to lead TOMpointCOM and oversees communication strategies for the Agglomération de Chaumont.
