Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Aggne since November 2022, Vasu Rao previously held the same title at Alphaserve Technologies from January 2007 to December 2021, overseeing finance, administration, purchasing, HR, and remote operations in Europe and Asia. Prior to that, Vasu Rao worked as Corporate Controller at ICI, INC (Recruit Co., Ltd, Japan) from October 1989 to August 2006, managing finance, HR, corporate administration, budgeting, audits, and taxes. Vasu Rao’s early career included a role as Controller at Sussman & Sugar, Inc (Ogilvy & Mather) from August 1987 to September 1989, where responsibilities included managing monthly financial statements, cash flow, and audits.
