Gary Thomas

Gary Thomas is the Head of Pensions and Reward at Holcim UK. Previously, they held various roles in reward management, including Senior Reward Manager at Boots and Reward & Recognition Manager at Kier Group. Gary's early career included positions at Emap as Deputy Benefits Manager and as a Consultant at Aon Consulting. They have also served as Head of Pensions and Reward at Aggregate Industries UK since 2019. Gary's educational achievements include a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, a BA in Management from Birmingham City University with First Class Honours, and a Diploma in International Employee Benefits, for which they were a prize winner.
