Kapil Kshirsagar

Kapil Kshirsagar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kapil currently serves as the Finance Director - Group at Aggregate Industries UK, starting in 2023. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, they worked as an Audit Project Leader at Holcim, where they led risk-based internal audit missions and assisted with other audit matters and projects.

Before Holcim, Kapil worked at Ambuja Cements Ltd. from 2013 to 2019. Kapil held various roles, including General Manager - Finance, Deputy General Manager - Finance, and EA to CFO. Kapil'sresponsibilities included evaluating M&A and strategic opportunities, providing analysis for monthly business reviews, preparing presentations on operational and strategic matters, and managing finance projects on behalf of the CFO.

Kapil's previous experience includes working as a Manager - Finance at Gammon Infrastructure Projects Limited from 2010 to 2013, where they were involved in project finance initiatives for infrastructure projects. Kapil also has experience working at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited as a Deputy Manager from 2006 to 2010, where they worked on strategy consulting engagements and accounting reforms and IFRS implementation.

Kapil began their career as an Audit Intern at C. C. Chokshi & Co, where they gained foundational experience.

Kapil Kshirsagar completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. Kapil then pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they completed from 2001 to 2006. Subsequently, they obtained a degree in Management Accountancy from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.
