John Tilly

John is the founder and CEO of Aggregate Intelligence. He founded his first company shortly after completing his Masters at Leeds University, UK, and has founded and built numerous companies over a 25 year career. Previously, he built 365 Media, Inc into a global knowledge outsourcing business, completing a successful exit in 2014. He then co-founded ForecastThis Inc, a machine learning technology company and founded Aggregate Intelligence in 2017. John is both a hands-on operator with technical understanding and a strategic business thinker and has been fortunate enough to forge a close trust relationship with AI's management team, some of whom he has worked with for over 15 years. He believes in debate, challenging ideas, freedom to fail, OKRs and constant innovation.
