David Bouchner

David Bouchner serves as the Vice President of Legal, General Counsel, and Company Secretary at Aggreko since November 2001, leading corporate legal responsibilities in North America. Previously, Bouchner worked as an Attorney at the Law Office of Donald A. Capretz, focusing on estate planning and business development from May 2000 to October 2001. Bouchner was also a Partner at Mayers & Bouchner, LLC, specializing in general business consulting, real estate, and civil litigation from April 1996 to May 2000. Earlier experience includes roles at Roberts, Galliard & Kambas as an Associate handling commercial mortgage and civil litigation matters, and at Frankel, Thornberry & Olayos as an Associate in insurance defense and real estate transactions. Bouchner holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Emory University.
