Jacques Nel

Jacques Nel is an experienced leader in the mining and industrial sectors, currently serving as the Head of Mining at Aggreko since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jacques was the General Manager for Western Australia at Ampcontrol from May 2023 to October 2025, and held multiple positions at Aggreko from December 2015 to May 2023, including Head of Mining for AusPac and Area Sales Manager. With a solid background in sales management, Jacques began his career at Custom Fluidpower as Sales Manager for WA, and has also held business development roles at Alfagomma Australia Pty Ltd and Janmic Hydraulis. Educational credentials include an MBA and various certificates in management and technical disciplines from the Australian Institute of Business and other institutions.
