Massimo Taddei

Massimo Taddei is the Country Manager for Italy at Aggreko, effective January 2025, leading initiatives in energy solutions that benefit businesses and communities. Previously, Massimo held the position of Boiler Group Service Director at Sofinter from April 2019 to December 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Aero Services Commercial Growth Manager at Baker Hughes from August 2016 to February 2019, and Customer Service Director for multiple GE divisions between 2014 and 2016, where responsibilities included managing profitability and service teams across various regions. Massimo began their career at GE Energy in various managerial roles focused on Aero Energy services from July 2005 to January 2014. Massimo holds an EMBA in Business Administration from Bologna Business School and has completed management training at Crotonville.
