Mike Smith

Mike joined the company in October 2021 to lead the next phase of the company’s growth. Previously Mike was Chairman of Modulaire Group (formerly Algeco Group) heading up the sale to Brookfield in 2021. He also served as the Chairman of International Car Wash Group (ICWG), leading the successful exit of ICWG by TDR Capital to Roark Capital in 2017.

Mike graduated from the University of Aston in Birmingham, UK with an Honours degree in Business Studies.
