Nic MacPherson currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing at Aggreko since March 2025. Previously held the position of Operations Director at Highland Spring Ltd from January 2019 to January 2025, overseeing the production of over 500 million litres of bottled water annually and contributing to the company’s position as a leading supplier in the UK market. Prior experiences include General Manager at ELIS, Short Haul Delivery Manager at British Airways, Operational Excellence Manager at gategroup, and Product Leader for Gas & Steam Turbines at GE Energy. Nic MacPherson started the career with GE Aviation, focusing on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Academic qualifications include a BEng Hons in Engineering and Enterprise Management from the University of Strathclyde and an Executive MBA from the University of the West of Scotland.
