Richard Shields

Richard Shields is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and operational excellence with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing across multiple industries, including Oil and Gas, Nuclear, and Aerospace. Currently serving as the Global Process Owner for Product & Inventory Management at Aggreko since November 2019, Richard manages global customer critical issues while developing frameworks for continuous improvement. Previous roles include CI Manager at Glenalmond Group Ltd, Continuous Improvement Manager at Howden, and Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Coca-Cola Enterprises, among others. Richard holds a B Eng Hons in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 1994.
