Rick Lightkep

Rick Lightkep is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and utilities sectors. Currently serving as Sales Coaching Lead at Aggreko since June 2015, Rick focuses on helping sales professionals achieve their goals and has previously held positions such as Manager in the Utilities Sector, where leadership was provided to teams supporting T&D companies, and Business Development Manager, specializing in safe and successful turnaround solutions. Additional roles include Sales Executive, Sales Engineer at Fluid Engineering, and Account Representative at Johnson Controls, among others. Rick holds a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of West Florida and an Associate of Arts degree from Pensacola State College.
