Ross Smith has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Aggreko since September 2006, with a progression through various roles including Area General Manager for KSA, Area Manager, Service Manager, Project Engineer, and Commissioning Engineer. Prior to Aggreko, Ross worked at BAE Systems as a Mechanical Fitter, focusing on the installation of main engines and propulsion systems.
