Sherylee Williams

Sherylee Williams currently serves as the Head of People Services at Aggreko, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sherylee held various leadership positions in human resources, including Global Delivery People Services Director at Haleon and Global People Services Delivery Director at GSK. At GSK, Sherylee was instrumental in facilitating the HR separation processes for Consumer Healthcare and was the HR lead for the Pfizer and GSK Consumer Healthcare joint venture. Sherylee's experience also includes serving as Head of HR for the Middle East at BAE Systems and holding multiple HR roles at BAE Systems Australia. Sherylee's educational background includes an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology, a Graduate Certificate from Melbourne Business School, and a Master's in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Australia.
