David Postill is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience at AGI. David has over 20 years of experience in leadership, management, team building, and strategic planning. David has a proven track record of successful business strategy, risk management, and P&L management.

David was recruited to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra in January 2015 as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales. David was responsible for all customer experience by providing leadership over Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Call Center/CSRs, Box office operations and Corporate Communications. David introduced and accomplished transformational change initiatives across all areas with deep and hands on leadership of sales performance, omni channel, e-commerce and customer service management.

Under David's leadership, the TSO saw a 93% loyalty repurchase rate among subscriber sales, halting declines and growing subscription revenues for the first time since 2010/11. David also increased first-time customers acquisitions by over 49,000, growing under 35 audiences to more than 1/3 of total attendees.

David introduced comprehensive customer personae profiling, loyalty analytics based on segmentation and frictionless multi-channel purchase pathway to propel online sales from 11% to over 80% in 3 seasons. David also improved call centre operations, box office experience, and CSR team implementing a modern CX and CSR approach to sales and customer service. As a result of these initiatives, David was able to restore overall audience health following years of declines as well as stabilize

David Postill has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a B.A. (Honours) in Politics from Queen's University, as well as certification from LinkedIn in B2B Marketing on LinkedIn, Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution, Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls, and Leading in Uncertain Times.

David Postill reports to Tim Close, President and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Noam Silberstein - Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Jason Tatge - SVP, SureTrack, and Paul Brisebois - Senior Vice President, Canada.
