Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a seasoned professional in private equity and investment banking, currently serving as a Partner in Private Equity Investments at Six Peak Capital since 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director at AGI Partners, LLC, focusing on lower middle market private equity, and Co-Founder of Astria Group. Previously, Michael held positions at IMM Private Equity and Macquarie Group, specializing in M&A and capital markets advisory. Military service was completed in the US Army as a KATUSA Sergeant, earning commendations including the Army Commendation Medal. Michael holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University.
