Ruston Marcusso has a diverse professional background in IT and customer support, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Starting as a Consultor de Vendas at Atento from February 2011 to August 2012, Ruston transitioned to Sitel as a Tech Support Analyst from January 2013 to July 2014.
