Maud Lavoizard

Maud Lavoizard currently serves as the General Manager of the Agicap Lisbon Hub, a position held since April 2023, after a series of leadership roles within Agicap from July 2019 to June 2023, including Customer Success teamleader and co-VP of Customer Success, overseeing a client base of 3000 across multiple European countries. Prior to Agicap, Maud managed the Customer Success department at Nelio, enhancing customer relations and performance metrics. Maud’s career also includes operational marketing assistance at Axe TGV Sud-Est, and various roles in hospitality and marketing, providing a solid foundation in customer service and account management. Maud holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Esdes Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality & Catering Management from Vatel France.
