Emad Ezzo has over 20 years of work experience in the Information Technology field. Emad began their career in 1998 as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Golf Net. Emad then moved to TCL in 1999, where they held the same role. In 2002, they began working as an Information Technology System Administrator & IT Help Desk Manager at Electronic Health Management - EHM. In 2005, they joined Travco Group International as a System Administrator & Network Engineer, where they were responsible for email services, Cisco CM administrator, Cisco Routers & Switches Engineer, SRX650 firewall Engineer, and Net-screen 208 firewall Engineer. In 2018, they were promoted to Deputy CIO at Travco Group. In 2021, they joined Agile Cloud Consulting as a Salesforce Business Analyst, where they designed and applied solutions for commercial and Nonprofit businesses on the Salesforce cloud platform. Emad is currently a Salesforce Consultant and Salesforce Project Manager at Cloud11.
Emad Ezzo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from High Institute for Computers and Management Information Systems (HICMIS) between 1994 and 1998. In 2003, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification. In 2007, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification and in 2008, they obtained a Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) certification. In 2020, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and in 2021, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification. In April 2022, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification and in September 2022, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant certification. Emad is currently taking courses with Trailhead by Salesforce.
