Sofia Muchmore

Sofia Muchmore has had a varied career, beginning in 2007 as an Information Coordinator for the Center for Tropical Ecology and Conservation. In 2009, they worked as a Seasonal Field Biologist for BioDiversity Research Institute, Western EcoSystems Technology, Inc., and National Ecological Observatory Network. Sofia also worked as an Independent Contractor for North East Ecological Services in 2010, and as an Assistant to Mammal Program Director for BioDiversity Research Institute (BRI) the same year. From 2011 to 2018, Sofia worked as a Salesforce Support, AmeriCorps Program Manager, Communications Assistant, and Northeast Placement Coordinator for the Student Conservation Association. Most recently, they have held roles as a Manager, Delivery and Consultant for Agile Cloud Consulting since 2022.

Sofia Muchmore holds a Masters of Science in Conservation Biology from Antioch University New England, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. Sofia also holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology from St.Edward's University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they hold certifications from Salesforce, Conga, and Salesforce, including a Pardot Consultant certification (obtained in November 2022), a Pardot Specialist certification (obtained in August 2022), a Conga Composer Certification (obtained in April 2020), a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (obtained in November 2019), and a Salesforce Administrator Certification (obtained in February 2017).
