Matthew Barbas, CFA has extensive experience in the financial industry. Matthew began their career in 2009 as Chief Strategy Officer at Nuts.com. In 2010, they became an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School. In 2012, they joined Adakin Capital as an Analyst. In 2014, they moved to North Star Investor Group, LLC as Vice President. In 2017, they became an Investor at Tinubu Square. In 2018, they joined Robertson Stephens as an Investor and Renaissance Alliance as Board Director and Investor. In 2021, they joined Agile Frameworks, LLC (MetaField) as Board Director and Investor and Concertiv as an Investor. Matthew is currently a Principal at Long Arc Capital.

Matthew Barbas, CFA earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and US History from Northwestern University in 2003. Matthew then went on to receive their MBA in Business Administration from The Wharton School in 2012. Additionally, they obtained their CFA certification.
