Phillip Brown

Application Report Designer at Agile Frameworks

Phillip Brown began their career in 2002 as a Supervisor with the US Army, where they serviced honorably for 13 years. In this role, they performed fuel testing, fuel transport, fuel systems set up, reclamation point for HazMat, record keeping and class III storage. Phillip also performed safety tasks in accordance with OSHA, 49 CFR, Army Safety Program (AR 385-10) and EPA. In 2016, they joined Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) as a Civil Engineer Technician, where they supported the Building and Construction business performing Construction Materials Testing services, entering reports and data gathered from tests and observations. In 2019, they joined the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Volunteer / Safety and Health Specialist and the USDA as an Engineering Technician (Civil). In 2021, they joined Agile Frameworks, LLC (MetaField) as an Application Report Designer, where they are able to create and maintain a library of forms and reports based on regulatory standards and customer requests.

Phillip Brown has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, obtained between 2017 and 2019. Phillip also has an Associate of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Columbia Southern University, obtained between 2014 and 2015. In addition, they have a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, obtained in 2019. Phillip also holds a GSP certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, obtained in August 2019.
