We create partnerships with the finest businesses to support their growth through management development.

We are passionate L&D professionals with a solid background in learning (10+ y), training and coaching delivery, instructional design, and eLearning.

Our mission:
- to innovate and bring value to the learning process
- to create a community of servant, agile, future skills-aligned managers

Working as in-house learning consultants, we know how difficult it is to manage the learning process in a dynamic, fast-changing organization.

•	What is decided now tomorrow will change

•	We try to grow people, like first time managers, we put pressure to achieve greatness from the very start, but we lack to offer them proper training and support

•	We blame managers they don’t lead their teams as they should, but we don’t give them the tools, knowledge, and coaching they need to succeed

A manager is more than a person responsible for controlling, compliance, or just implementing decisions without personal input!

So we decided to bring all the passion and expertise for people development, mix it with our managerial experience, and offer agile learning programs to best support professionals growth.

Why?
Because we believe that each person, with the right context and tools, can evolve and become an inspiration to others.

Moreover, it’s our duty to learn and develop not for ourselves, but for the benefit of people around us.

If you are interested to bring a new, agile approach to your learning programs, we would be more than happy to get details from you at contact@agilelearning.ro.
