Lauren Ruhe is currently the Business Systems Administrator at [Agile Transformation](/org/agile-transformation). Lauren has over 8 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer service. Lauren started their career as a nanny before becoming a Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher/Floater at The Goddard School. Lauren then transitioned into the corporate world, holding positions at Omaha World-Herald and BH Media Group. In their current role, Lauren is responsible for managing the company's internal [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) org and providing support to the sales team.

Lauren Ruhe attended the [University of Nebraska at Omaha](/org/university-of-nebraska-at-omaha), where they earned a bachelor's degree in general studies. Lauren also holds a certification from [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) in [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) Certified Administrator.

They work with Bryan Tew - Director of Training, Enterprise Transformation Coach, Kyle Ogden - Business Analyst, CSM, and Glenn Peterson - Agile Coach, Trainer. Their manager is Sally Elatta, President.

Bryan Tew is the Director of Training and an Enterprise Transformation Coach at [Agile Transformation](/org/agile-transformation). Bryan has over 18 years of experience in the industry and has worked with companies such as [AgilityHealth](/org/agilityhealth), Davisbase Consulting, Solution Stream, ASPE, Inc., The Generations Network, and Novell. Bryan is a certified scrum master and has experience leading Agile transformations. Bryan is passionate about helping companies achieve their desired outcomes through Agile methodology and has a proven track record of success.

Bryan Tew has an MBA from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) and a BA in Political Science from [Weber State University](/org/weber-state-university). Bryan also attended [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) - Idaho.

They are on a team with Lauren Ruhe - Business Systems Administrator, Kal Omar - Finance Leader, and Jenni Handley - Client Success Manager. Their manager is Sally Elatta, President.

Georgia has over 12 years of experience in business continuity and large scale customer implementations.Georgia is the primary point of contact for [Agile Transformation](/org/agile-transformation)’s AgilityHealth Radar, which is a comprehensive Agile assessment and organizational growth tool developed for organizations that have adopted or scaled Agile.

Sally is simply a transformer, someone who is passionate about helping teams and organizations do what they do better. She loves seeing the Aha moments when individuals, teams, and leaders begin to realize how much more potential they can unlock once they understand why work isn’t flowing the right way and keep an open mind to the cultural and personal change needed for success. She comes from a technical background, being a software engineer and architect but now she’s in love with seeing enterprise-level transformations succeed within technology teams and beyond. She loves strategizing with executives who have the vision, passion and ‘courage’ to make real transformations happen!

Sally Elatta

Kal is the man behind-the-scenes who helps us pay the bills. He leads our finance area including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, payroll, and anything else related to money. He also plays a critical Role in our operations and strategic direction as well as Leading our Government Biding and Proposals initiatives
