Robert Sondles is an accomplished software engineering and architecture professional with extensive experience in various roles since 2003. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Architecture at AgileBlue, Robert is instrumental in developing a modern SOC-as-a-service utilizing User Behavior Analytics and Machine Learning. As the owner of Blueberry Island Media ltd, Robert specializes in developing enterprise applications with the latest .NET technologies. Prior roles include Solutions Architect and Software Engineer Consultant at United Consumers Financial Services, where Robert architected an Azure cloud-based merchant lending portal, and positions at Endurance and Philadelphia Insurance Companies, focusing on integration platforms and policy administration systems, respectively. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mount Union and a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University.
