Brian Mosier has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian began their career as a Member and Squad Leader in the University of Washington Husky Marching Band from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, they worked as a Consultant at Sustainable West Seattle, developing software for a non-profit tool library. At the City of Redondo Beach, they served as the Head Sailing Instructor from 2003 to 2009, teaching sailing and overseeing the summer camp. Brian also had the opportunity to be a part of the 2008 Summer Olympic Orchestra, performing at the Beijing and Shanghai events for the 2008 summer Olympics.
In terms of their software development career, Brian worked as a Software Developer at VoiceBox Technologies from an unspecified time in 2012 to 2015, where they implemented custom solutions using various programming languages. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Senior Software Development Engineer Lead at VoiceBox Technologies, leading a team and managing large scale features and products. Brian then transitioned to the role of Technical Manager at Nuance Technology from 2018 to 2020. However, in early 2020, they and their team were laid off due to the pandemic. Later in 2020, they joined Cerence Inc. as a Software Developer, continuing their work on software for Toyota cars.
Most recently, Brian has taken on the role of Software Developer at AgileDelta, Inc. in 2021.
Brian Mosier received their High School Diploma from Mira Costa High School in 2006. Brian then went on to attend the University of Washington from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied and Computational Math Sciences. Their field of study at the university was Discrete Math and Algorithms.
