Andrey Trubin

Andrey Trubin is the Director of Engineering at AgileEngine. Andrey has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, including stints as a Team Lead, Development Manager, and Consultant Software Engineer.

Andrey started their career as a programmer at INEC in 1996. Andrey quickly rose through the ranks and became the Deputy Chief of the Custom Solutions Department at Telesens LLC in 1999. In 2007, they left Telesens to become the Development Manager at Ciklum. Andrey held this position until 2009 when they were promoted to Java Team Lead. Andrey stayed with Ciklum until 2012 when they left to join GlobalLogic as a Consultant Software Engineer. Andrey stayed with GlobalLogic until 2013 when they returned to Ciklum. Andrey remained with Ciklum until 2014 when they joined AgileEngine as the Director of Engineering.

Andrey is an expert in Java and has experience with a wide variety of software development tools and processes. Andrey is a strong leader and communicator, and has been successful in both customer-facing and internal roles. Andrey is currently responsible for leading AgileEngine's engineering team and ensuring the success of the company's products and services.

They are on a team with Olga Kavunenko - VP, Client Engagement, Peter Ryzhov - Mobile Architect, and Thiago Dutra - Software Architect. Andrey Trubin reports to Alex Kalinovsky, CEO.
