Jyothi Ratnam

Jyothi Ratnam is an experienced People Operations Specialist currently working at AgileEngine since July 2022, responsible for managing all aspects of People Management for the India location, including onboarding, performance reviews, and HRIS updates. Prior to this role, Jyothi served as a People Partner Assistant at TiHAN-IIT Hyderabad, handling end-to-end HR operations and recruitment processes. Additional experience includes roles at IIT Delhi focusing on research projects, HR Admin Manager at i2e1 Information To Every One, and various HR internships across reputable organizations. Jyothi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, and a BA in Business/Managerial Economics from Delhi University.
