Michael Richards

Michael Richards is a Principal and Co-Founder of Cuadrilla Capital. Prior to founding Cuadrilla, Michael served as a Vice President at Vicente Capital Partners, a growth equity firm that invests in lower middle market software and technology-enabled services companies. With nearly a decade of private equity experience, Michael has played key roles in originating and evaluating lower middle-market enterprise software investments across the application and infrastructure software landscape. Michael received a B.S.B.A. in Financial Management from National American University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
