Dave Maxwell

Dave Maxwell is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as the IT SOx Program Manager at Agilent Technologies since June 2014. Maxwell has successfully led significant initiatives, including the global consolidation and migration of authentication and email environments, which will result in the migration of nearly 6000 users to Microsoft Office 365 and save Advantest $8M in operational costs over five years. Previous roles include IT Program Manager and Acting IT Director at Advantest, where management of outsourced operations and the annual IT Financial Planning process for a $600M semiconductor company were key responsibilities. Prior to this, Maxwell worked at Agilent Technologies as IT Planning Manager and at Hewlett Packard as IT Project Manager, overseeing large teams and critical projects. Dave Maxwell holds a BA in Mathematics with Computer Science from San José State University.
