David Weil

David Weil has extensive experience in the field of chemistry and mass spectrometry, currently serving as a Master Application Scientist at Agilent Technologies since January 2004, specializing in Extractable Leachable analysis and materials characterization. Prior to this role, David worked as a Senior Research Scientist at 3M, focusing on mass spectrometry and proteomics, and held the position of Applications Scientist at Extrel FTMS, where contributions included the development of a laser desorption interface and a MALDI interface for ultra-high resolution mass spectrometry. David's academic background includes a Postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Riverside, and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Drake University.
