Jenipher E. Dalton

Jenipher Dalton joined Agilent in December 2020, and has more than 20 years of global quality assurance experience and leadership. Most recently, Dalton served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Research and Development Quality at Takeda Pharmaceuticals International, a top-ten biopharma company, where she worked for 17 years in roles of progressive responsibility. Prior to Takeda, Dalton served with the biotechnology firm Chiron and with the Affiliated Research Institute in San Diego. She began her career in healthcare management, first with Charter Behavioral Healthcare in Atlanta and then with UCSF and Stanford Healthcare in San Francisco.

Dalton holds a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Research Organization and Management, with a concentration in Regulatory Compliance and Law, from Drexel University College of Medicine, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky. She is a Registered Quality Assurance Professional with the Society of Quality Assurance.
