Joyce Chen is a tech executive and privacy leader currently serving as the Chief Privacy Officer and AVP of Privacy, Data Protection, and AI at Agilent Technologies. With a diverse background, they previously held various legal and policy roles across organizations such as Foursquare, Snap Inc., and Facebook, where they specialized in privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Joyce's experience includes serving as a Lobbyist and Litigator at the Southern Poverty Law Center and as the founder and CEO of Open Sight. They are an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and New York University, where they studied law, policy, and social entrepreneurship.
