Larry Doris is a strategic manufacturing and operations leader with over 25 years of experience in the life sciences sector, specializing in supply chain management and operational excellence transformation. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Manufacturing at Agilent Technologies, Larry previously held director roles at Shire where they achieved significant operational efficiencies and cost savings. With a strong foundation in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, Larry has led diverse teams and complex projects across multiple global sites, driving substantial increases in production capacity and quality. Larry holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from St. John Fisher University, as well as a certification in Aseptic Processing from the Parenteral Drug Association.
