Oded Ben-David

Oded Ben-David is a researcher at Agilent Technologies since April 2019, focusing on machine and deep learning research by applying computer vision and natural language processing methods to model biological and biomedical data. Prior to this role, Oded worked as an algorithms engineer at Consumer Physics, Inc. where the implementation of machine learning algorithms for NIR spectroscopy was a key responsibility. A visiting researcher role at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem involved collaboration on deep neural networks and Bayesian analysis of network layers. Oded also co-founded and served as CTO at Iridize Ltd., an onboarding optimization platform, and began a career as a software developer in the IDF, managing networking and infrastructure code for mission-critical systems. Educationally, Oded holds a PhD and MSc in Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem along with a B.Sc in Physics from the same institution.
