Robert Stokes

Robert Stokes, PhD CChem CSci FRSC, is the Director of Detection and Security at Agilent Technologies. With a distinguished career in innovation and product development across various sectors, they have managed multiple award-winning projects and published around 70 peer-reviewed works in diverse fields, including spectroscopy and nanotechnology. Robert's expertise spans explosive and hazardous material detection, and they manage significant grant funding while holding advisory roles in international security forums. They also contribute as a technical consultant to numerous high-profile organizations and universities globally, and previously served in various scientific and managerial roles, including Project Scientist at The Home Office and Applications Development Director at NanoInk, Inc. Robert earned a PhD in Materials Science from Cranfield University.
