Thomas Rand

Thomas Rand is the Head of Manufacturing Development at Agilent Technologies in Denmark, where they leverage their extensive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry. With a strong background in managing R&D and Product Supply departments, Thomas has led various scientific teams through early to late-phase development processes. Prior to their current role, they held multiple leadership positions at Novo Nordisk, including Director and Department Manager. Thomas also contributed to the biotechnology education sector as a member of the advisory board for Absalon diploma-engineer education. They hold an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Copenhagen, along with additional qualifications in business management and process improvement.
