David Kramp

David Kramp has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2009 to the present, they worked at AgileOne as a Senior Technical Writer, where they created technical, process, and help documentation for their software platforms. David implemented an online help database to reduce new hire learning curves.

From 2003 to 2009, David worked at Volt Workforce Solutions as a Senior National Account Specialist. In this role, they developed operational procedures for managing and implementing National Accounts. David successfully redesigned and implemented new National Program Procedures to improve efficiency.

From 1999 to 2003, David was the Internal Communication Production Supervisor at The Home Depot. David supervised a team of writers and artists, prioritizing and delegating tasks under a fast-paced production schedule. David also created and launched a monthly line of Product Knowledge publications.

David Kramp attended Hilltop High School from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a diploma with a focus on general education. Later, they pursued higher education at Arizona State University from 1994 to 1997. During this time, they studied English Literature with a specialization in English and creative writing.
