Mark Misaghi

Mark Misaghi has a strong background in legal counsel and leadership roles. Mark started their career as an Associate Attorney at Imai, Tadlock, Keeney & Cordery, LLP, where they played a key role in successful litigation. Mark then moved to Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. as Corporate Counsel & Contracts Manager, where they partnered with sales and operations to develop beneficial contract terms. Mark then joined Platinum Equity as Senior Counsel, contributing to the rapid integration of newly acquired companies and resolving post-acquisition disputes. Mark later worked at Health Net, Inc. as Director and Corporate Counsel, where they provided leadership and advice on legal matters, including contracting and negotiations. Mark also served as a Staff Counsel at j2 Global Communications, managing legal due diligence for multiple acquisitions and training new hires. Their experience continued at Harbor Freight Tools as Senior Counsel, overseeing various initiatives and complex contractual relationships. Most recently, Mark served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel at AgileOne, providing legal support for the company's operations and global expansion. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated their expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal strategy, while also managing staff and collaborating with executive teams.

Mark Misaghi attended the University of Arizona from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mark then went on to attend the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained their J.D. degree.
