Agilers was born in 2019 with the aim of disseminating the agile culture through workshops, consulting and experiences. Today we are partner of renowned institutions around the world and focus on making their best content available in Brazil.

We believe in a world where everyone is happy in their work, and we help co-create that world by guiding passionate people and organizations that want to do this together with us.

Our Vision: A world where everyone is happy in their work
Our Purpose: We guide passionate people and organizations that want to make the world of work happier

We help organizations accelerate agile transformation by transforming them into human platforms with room for passion, purpose and freedom.

We do this by spreading the values of customer collaboration, energizing people, creating learning organizations and inspiring leadership. We provide workshops, a global network of Agile People professionals, and coaching to build better organizations.

Agile for us aligns with what we learned from Modern Agile and Heart of Agile:
- Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect, Improve
- Make people awesome
- Make security a prerequisite
- Try and learn quickly
- Deliver value continuously

We believe in Management 3.0 and the unFIX model to achieve these results, which is why we follow its principles:

Management 3.0
- Delight everyone
- Improve everything
- Engage people
- Manage the system, not the people
- Co-create the work
unFIX
- It Depends and Everything Is Optional
- Try: Cheap, Safe, and Fast—Don’t Fail.
- Experience Beats Product and Service
- Where Is the Customer? Everywhere!
- Balance High Cohesion with Low Coupling
- Increase Simplicity, Embrace Variety
- Manage the System, Lead the People
