Earlier in their career, Ross worked at Taylor Corporation as a Shared Services Intern and at Associate Design as a Machinist.

Ross Libby earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bethany Lutheran College, completing their studies between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to Agile methodologies, including ICAgile certifications in Agile Team Facilitation, Business Agility Foundations, Leading with Agility, Agility in Marketing, and Agile Coaching. Ross also holds certifications in Scrum@Scale Practitioner, Trainer Talk Certification, Passionate Product Ownership, and Agile for Scrum Master.
