Erick D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Erick started their career in 2002 as a Technical Support Engineer at Mainstream Networks, where they maintained the company website and provided technical support for Microsoft networks and Citrix MetaFrame environments. In 2004, they worked as a Programmer/Technical Consultant at Averware Data Solutions, creating Access 2002 databases and assisting small businesses with network setup and technical issues. Erick then moved on to work as a Programmer at IOutsource, where they designed and maintained web applications using ASP.NET/VB.NET.
In 2007, Erick joined Optimal Web Services, LLC as a Lead Web Developer, where they designed and developed ASP.NET web solutions for clients. The following year, they worked at AVI-SPL as a Web Applications Developer, resolving coding problems in existing enterprise web applications.
From 2009 to 2016, Erick worked at Bisk Education as a Senior Web Applications Developer. In this role, they managed and maintained the company's Learning Management System (LMS), architecting new features and utilizing C# ASP.NET and MVC frameworks.
Erick'smost recent position is at AgileThought, starting in 2016. Erick began as a Senior Software Engineer, working on a large agile/scrum development team to create an Azure Cloud-based enterprise tax web application. Erick later progressed to the position of Principal Software Engineer.
Throughout their career, Erick has gained experience in various technologies and frameworks, including C#, ASP.NET, RESTful services, Angular frontend, MongoDB, and more.
From 1995 to 1998, Erick D. attended St. Petersburg College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
