Ben Betts

Ben Betts is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Agilio Software and the founder of Running Duck, a niche consultancy that helps scale-up SaaS HCM companies transform their sales and marketing, raise investment and prepare for exit. They previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Learning Pool from 2020 to 2024. They were Chief Executive Officer of HT2 Labs from 2010 to 2019, and HT2 Labs was acquired by Learning Pool in June 2019. They were Associate Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2024. They earned an MBA from the University of Liverpool (2006–2008), a Cognitive Science & Business Management degree from the University of Exeter (2001–2004), and an EngD from the University of Warwick (2009–2013).
