Sasikumar M holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Anna University and has extensive professional experience in technology support and leadership roles. Since November 2016, Sasikumar has been serving as an Application Support professional within the Global Technology team at Universal Music Group, while also functioning as a Technical Lead at Agilisium Consulting. Prior experience includes working as a Product Support Engineer with HCL Technologies Ltd from June 2013 to July 2016, where skills in Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix XenApp Application, and remote desktop connectivity applications were developed, along with expertise in monitoring performance using SolarWinds Orion.
