Ben Oded

Ben Oded is a Customer Success Manager at Agilite, responsible for assisting customers with orders, inquiries, and streamlining warehouse operations since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Combat Medic in the Israel Defense Forces, where medical care was provided during various operational activities, and fulfilling guard duties in high-risk areas from March 2021 to March 2023. Ben also worked as an Inventory Supervisor at RS Integrated Supply, overseeing warehouse operations and managing procurement from January 2020 to November 2020, and served as a Sales Advisor at Sporting Life and H&M, enhancing customer experiences through personalized service. Earlier roles include a Residential Pool Technician at Thornhill Pool Service and a Teaching Assistant at Temple Har Zion, focusing on providing support for students with learning challenges. Ben holds an Ontario Advanced Diploma in Advertising & Marketing Communications from Humber College, earned between 2018 and 2020.
