Jack Nichols

Jack Nichols has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Web Master for Sigma Chi Fraternity, where they created and maintained the official website. In 2018, they were a Co-Founder and Software Engineer at TheHive, a technology startup dedicated to assisting disaster victims communicate. Jack created and designed the front-end using HTML5/CSS3/Javascript with React, Redux, and SASS, and implemented a time-efficient back-end with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, GraphQL, and AWS. Jack also studied networking to create a mesh network of wifi access points that act as captive portals. In the same year, they also worked as a Math Teacher at Contoocook Valley High School. In 2019, they worked as a Head Coach for Indoor Track at Milford High School and as a Development Lead at Agilitee, a digital agency that operates as a lab helping innovative companies strategize, design, build, and launch digital solutions.

Jack Nichols obtained a Bachelor's degree in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 2014 and 2018. In 2017, they received a Certification in Russian Studies from Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushinsky, and in 2016 they received a Certification in Russian Studies from Middlebury College. In November 2019, they obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
